I am planning to run a game soon and I would like to use miniatures. I would prefer figures that are a 1" = 5' scale (25 mm - 40 mm). Locally, our game shops have nothing useful.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have found a few webpages, but I want to make sure I have looked under every stone for the best deal...
Thanks in advance.

Howdy!
Could yall create another Offsite Links category for these miniatures company websites?
Also, to Jeff, I'd just like to say, wargamesfoundry has always been a joy to buy from and paint. Also once you buy from them you can get on a mailing list and at least once (sometimes more) per year they run a web sale where you type in a code from the emails you get and score free shipping or discounts, etc. etc.
Sincerely,

Yall [pronoun] - Plural pronoun of the second person. Sometimes incorrectly regarded as a contraction of "You All" by well meaning, but typically clueless English teachers or those that have been successfully brainwashed by them.
Example: Yall can keep your dang apostrophe |

Good suggestion Matt, I've got the category in place and those of you that are signed up as members can submit links via the menu on the right.
Anyone care to weed through those links and submit the good ones? Those are ones I've simply bookmarked through years.

No problem, I submitted the ones that I have personally bought from and have experience with.

Thanks for the great suggestions Geoff. I have seen a couple of these, but it is more than I expected. |

If you need a mass of them (for example an Indian attack scenario I'm designing) the cardstock .pdf style ones available at rpgnow.com work great as well. |

I am in a group in which we run a duffeent game each week... basically they are all in the d20 system or pre d2o AD&D. What we are looking for are some cool cardboard minis/counters to use to help bring to life the tractical side of our gaming sessions. I have fouds some sites here and there that have lie a few pieces they will let you download but come on... if that is all I will start using coins and big erasers. 3d minis are cool if you have the time and money to pnt them. which we have neither....
we are lucky we can get together and game....
Help us!!!!

I recall conversations about knuckledusters in previous incarnations of these fora, long since gone to the cyber-after-life . . . |
